NTRX Cam App Terms

Use Of The App

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, you may use NTRX Cam on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service beyond what is permitted by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Subscriptions And Purchases

NTRX Cam may offer paid digital products, including auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases, such as NTRX Pro Monthly, NTRX Pro Yearly, and NTRX Pro Lifetime.

The exact price, billing currency, trial availability, and offer structure displayed in the app or App Store at the time of purchase control your purchase.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the renewal price shown in the purchase flow.
• You may manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime Purchase Terms

A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew as a subscription.

Lifetime refers to the lifetime availability of the purchased content within the NTRX Cam app offering, subject to applicable law and continued app availability.

Content And Intellectual Property

The NTRX Cam app, its design, branding, software, effects, visual assets, and related content are owned by NTRX Cam or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You are responsible for the photos, videos, recordings, and other material you create or process with the app, and for ensuring that your use of such content complies with applicable law and the rights of other people.

Availability And Device Performance

NTRX Cam is an experimental camera effects application. Some features use intensive on-device processing, including camera rendering, depth effects, LiDAR, person detection, gesture tracking, and video recording. Performance may vary by device, operating system, and temperature conditions.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTRX Cam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Apple-Specific Notices

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for NTRX Cam.

To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to NTRX Cam.

Any claims relating to NTRX Cam, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or consumer protection claims, are our responsibility, not Apple's, except as otherwise required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or unlawful manner.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
